The Fairmont-Morgantown Housing Authority office is located at 103 12th Street, in Fairmont. Our office hours are 8:30a.m. - 4:30p.m., Monday through Friday. We are closed from 12:00-1:00p.m. for lunch. We also observe all federal holidays and are closed to the public on the third friday of every month.

Traveling southbound on I79:
Take exit 136 to Gateway Connector
Once on exit ramp continue to light and take a left
Continue on Connector to light and take a left onto Merchant Street
Continue crossing 3rd Street Bridge and turn left onto Virginia Avenue
Continue 9 blocks to 12th Street
Turn left onto 12th Street
Continue one block to FMHA
Traveling Northbound on I79:
Take exit 132 (South Fairmont) for US 250 N toward Fairmont.
At end of exit ramp, take a left onto US 250 N.
Continue approximately 3 miles until reach an intersection with Country Club Road, the next street will be 12th street make a right hand turn. Continue 1 block and FMHA will be on the left.
