Fairmont-Morgantown Housing Authority believes that classroom style Homebuyer Education helps homebuyers make better decisions. Attendees are more informed about the home buying process which helps create more successful homeowners and stronger loan applications.
Lease-To-Own
The Lease-To-Own Homeownership Program is a lease to purchase arrangement that provides an opportunity for families to own their own home within a 12 month period.
