The Fairmont-Morgantown Housing Authority office is located at 103 12th Street, in Fairmont. Our office hours are 8:30a.m. - 4:30p.m., Monday through Friday. We are closed from 12:00-1:00p.m. for lunch. We also observe all federal holidays and are closed to the public on the third friday of every month.

Traveling Southbound (From Morgantown):
1.From I-79 S take exit 136 for WV 310 toward Downtown Fairmont.(0.1 mi) Turn left at stoplight headed toward Fairmont.
2. Straight onto Merchant St (across bridge),Continue onto 3rd St.
3. Turn left onto Fairmont Ave.
5. Turn left onto 12th St, continue 3 blocks, destination will be on the left.
Traveling Northbound (From Clarksburg):
1. From I-79 N take exit 132 (South Fairmont) for US-250 N toward Fairmont.
2. Turn left onto US-250 N, 3 miles.
3. Turn right onto 12th St, continue 3 blocks, destination will be on the left.
