Fairmont/Morgantown Housing Authority follows the NeighborWorks® 'Realizing the American Dream'. Potential homebuyers attend the 8-hour session and complete a test for certification.
Fairmont/Morgantown Housing Authority is recognized by WVHDF as a certified Homebuyer Educator. WVHDF requires Homebuyer Education for applicants using specific loan products.
Homebuyer Education is offered at No Charge. Call for reservation - (304) 363-0860-ext. 105. HBE classes are the 2nd Friday of the month from 9:00 - 5:00 PM. Lunch and materials are provided.
