The Fairmont-Morgantown Housing Authority (FMHA) in compliance with Section 511 of the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998 has developed an Annual Plan for fiscal year 2025. The plan is available for review at the office located at 103 12th St., Fairmont, WV between the hours of 8:00am – 12:00pm and 1:00pm – 5:30pm Monday through Thursday. A public meeting will be held at 103 12th St., Fairmont on September 5th, 2024, at 9:00am sharp.

The Fairmont-Morgantown Housing Authority will be accepting resumes for Resident Commissioner on the Board of Commissioners. The applicant must be a public housing or Housing Choice Voucher recipient in good standing, residing within the city limits of Fairmont or Morgantown.  The applicant must have a high school or equivalent education, be capable of understanding basic financial statements, and be available to attend monthly meetings in Morgantown and Fairmont.
